I live in San Francisco and work in product marketing for AdMob.  I’m interested in the future of mobile, internet infrastructure and consumer-facing web services.

I like San Francisco.  The Chinese food is better up here.  Surprisingly, the Mexican food is better too.

I was born in Mumbai, raised in the suburbs of LA, did my undergrad in LA and studied abroad in the Netherlands. I spent most of my time abroad thinking of ways to ditch class and travel.

I graduated from ucla in 2008 with a BA in Communication Studies where I was a member of the sailing team and co-president of the wine club.

My interests include backpacking through countries, sailing, scuba diving, distance running (sd ‘08), global health, cycling, food, wine, photography, film, art, reading and swimming. I am deeply fond of The New Yorker.  I don’t watch any sports.

My first job out of college was as an investment analyst at htgc.  At Hercules, I worked on the Series B and Series C investment into E-Band Communications, and served as an unofficial board observer for the company.

In college, I interned in mergers&acquisitions@hlhz and in marketing@mahalo.com. My linkedin profile is here.

The picture on the left was taken on the North Island of New Zealand in 2007. I was hitchhiking.
